How to Draw a Fairy House
Draw a fairy house in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: egg house.
Step 1: Egg house
Start high on the left. Draw a big egg down to a wide flat bottom, ending high on the right.
Step 2: Round-top door
Start on the bottom line. Draw a little door up, over like a rainbow, and down to the bottom line.
Step 3: Round window
Above the door, draw a round window with a plus sign inside it.
Step 4: Bumpy dome roof
Start outside the house on the left. Draw a dome up and over, then 5 bumps back to the start.
Step 5: Chimney and leaf
Start on top of the roof. Draw a short stalk up and back down to the roof. Add a leaf.
Step 6: Roof tiles
Across the roof, draw a row of 6 little U bumps, and a shorter row of 4 above it.
Step 7: Ground line
Start well left of the house. Draw a flat ground line under it, stopping well to the right.
Step 8: Stones and grass
Add a flat stepping stone each side of the house, and a tuft of 3 grass blades past each stone.
Step 9: Sand house, blue window
Colour the house sand around the door and window, and colour the window sky blue.
Step 10: Grey stones, green leaf
Colour the stepping stones grey and the leaf green.
Step 11: Brown door, red roof
Colour the door and chimney stalk brown, and the roof red. Go over your lines, your fairy house is done!
