How to Draw a Daisy Chain
Draw a daisy chain in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: round middle.
Step 1: Round middle
Low in the middle of your paper, draw a small round circle for the daisy's middle.
Step 2: Petals all round
Round the middle draw 8 round petals. Start each one on the circle and come back to it.
Step 3: Two beside it
Up to the left, draw another daisy with 8 petals, a finger apart. Do the same up to the right.
Step 4: Two at the sides
Up and out from those, draw a same-size daisy on the far left and the far right.
Step 5: Two near the top
Above and in from the side daisies draw 2 more, so the daisies curve round like a necklace.
Step 6: The back daisy
At the top in the middle draw the last daisy to close the loop.
Step 7: Stems along the bottom
Along the bottom, draw a slim stem from each daisy to the next. Start far left, stop far right.
Tip Tuck both ends of each stem under the petals.
Step 8: Stems along the top
Along the top, draw slim stems daisy to daisy the same way. Start far right, stop far left.
Step 9: Yellow middles
Colour every daisy middle yellow. Leave the petals white.
Step 10: Green stems
Colour the stems green. Go over your lines and your daisy chain is done!
