How to Draw a Cyclamen
Draw a cyclamen in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the middle flower.
Step 1: The middle flower
Near the top draw a small oval head hanging down. From its top draw 4 petals sweeping up.
Tip Cyclamen flowers nod: the head hangs down and the petals sweep up.
Step 2: Two more flowers
Draw a flower the same way lower on the left and lower on the right, each leaning out a little.
Step 3: Hooked stems
From low in the middle draw each stem, thinner as it rises, hooking over into the side of its head.
Step 4: The middle leaf
Under the stems draw a big heart leaf, point down, from the top notch round to the point and back.
Step 5: More leaves
Draw a heart leaf on each side, tucked behind the middle one, and a smaller one further out each side.
Step 6: Leaf patterns
On each leaf draw 1 short wavy line across the upper middle, for the silvery pattern.
Step 7: The ground
Draw the ground line from left to right under the leaves, so they rest on it.
Step 8: Pink petals
Go over your lines, then colour every petal pink.
Step 9: Red heads
Colour the 3 little flower heads red.
Step 10: Green leaves and stems
Colour the leaves and stems green, and your cyclamen is done!

Your finished drawing
