How to Draw Curly Fries
Draw curly fries in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the box.
Step 1: The box
Low on your paper draw the fries box: a smile curve on top, 2 sides, a flat bottom.
Tip Wider at the top than the bottom, like a bucket.
Step 2: Biggest curl
Start behind the middle of the top edge. Loop a thick springy band up 3 times, stop near the top.
Tip Where the band crosses itself, the front of each loop goes over the back.
Step 3: Two more curls
Start behind the top edge on each side. Loop a shorter springy fry up and out, stop lower down.
Step 4: Little curls
Start behind the top edge by each corner. Loop a little springy fry leaning out, stop above the corner.
Step 5: The pocket
Across the front of the box draw a gentle smile curve from the left side to the right side.
Step 6: A shadow
Around the box's bottom, draw a flat oval wider than the box, leaving out the part behind it.
Step 7: The ground
From each end of the shadow, draw a straight ground line out to the side.
Step 8: Ginger curly fries
Go over your lines, then colour every curly fry ginger. Leave the holes in the loops white.
Step 9: Grey shadow
Colour the shadow grey.
Step 10: Red box
Colour the box red, top to bottom. Your curly fries are ready!
