How to Draw a Crab Face
Draw a crab face in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the body.
Step 1: The body
In the lower middle, draw a big egg on its side, wider than tall. Leave room above for the eyes.
Step 2: Eyes on stalks
Above the body, draw 2 big round eyes with shines. Join each to the body with a fat stalk.
Step 3: Big smile
In the lower half of the body, draw a big smile from under the left eye to the right eye.
Step 4: Arms
On each side of the body, draw a short fat arm going up and out, thinner at the top.
Step 5: Pincer claws
At the end of each arm, draw a big mitten claw with a V notch in the top inside corner.
Step 6: Legs on the sand
Under each side, draw 2 bent legs, thin at the tips. Then draw a sand line right across under them.
Step 7: Eyebrows
Above each eye, draw a short eyebrow curve, not touching the eye.
Step 8: Rosy cheeks
Draw a little oval blush on each cheek, out beside the smile, and colour it pink.
Step 9: Orange claws
Colour the claws orange.
Step 10: Colour the crab red
Colour the body, stalks, arms and legs red, around the pink cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
