How to Draw a Coffee Grinder
Draw a coffee grinder in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the box.
Step 1: The box
In the middle of your paper, a little low, draw a square box for the front of the grinder.
Step 2: Top and side
From the top corners draw 2 short slanting lines up right and join them. Repeat from the right corners.
Tip A slanted top and a slanted side, like a dice seen from a corner.
Step 3: The drawer
On the front draw a smaller flat box low down for the drawer, with a dot for its knob.
Step 4: The hopper
On top of the box draw a flat oval rim. From its ends draw a U down for the bowl.
Step 5: The crank
From the rim's middle draw a short post up, then a thin arm slanting up right with a ball.
Step 6: Beans
In the bowl draw 3 bean ovals, 2 in a heap left of the post and 1 to its right.
Step 7: The table
Draw the table line from the left edge to the right edge, just touching the bottom of the box.
Step 8: Wooden box
Go over your lines, then colour the front and the top of the box wood brown, leaving the drawer.
Step 9: Darker side
Colour the side of the box and the drawer brown.
Step 10: Slate hopper and crank
Colour inside the rim light grey, leaving the beans. Colour the bowl, post, arm and ball slate grey.
Step 11: Brown beans
Colour the 3 beans brown, and your coffee grinder is done!

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a coffee grinder, drawn by you.
