How to Draw a Coach
Draw a coach in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Near the top of your paper draw an egg for the head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave most of the page below for the body and legs.
Step 2: The face
Draw 2 small eyes, a U nose and a smile. Add C ears, starting and ending on the head line.
Step 3: Baseball cap
Draw a cap over the top of the head. Add a bill sticking out right and a button on top.
Step 4: Neck and shirt
Draw 2 neck lines. From the left one draw a shirt round to the right one, with short sleeves.
Step 5: Polo collar
At the top of the shirt draw a collar with a point on each side of the neck.
Step 6: Left arm and mitten
From the left sleeve draw 2 arm lines down to the wrist, bending softly. Add a mitten with a thumb.
Step 7: Right arm and mitten
From the right sleeve draw 2 arm lines down to the wrist, bending softly. Add a mitten with a thumb.
Step 8: Whistle and ball
Hang a whistle on a cord from under the collar. Draw a ball tucked in by the left mitten.
Step 9: Trousers and belt
From the shirt's bottom left corner draw 2 long trouser legs. Stop at the right corner. Add a belt line.
Step 10: Shoes and ground
Under each leg draw a shoe with a round toe pointing out. Draw a long ground line under the shoes.
Step 11: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour the face, neck, ears, arms and hands peach. Keep the eyes white. Add a pink circle on each cheek.
Step 12: Orange ball, green polo
Colour the ball orange around the hand, and the polo green with a white collar.
Step 13: Slate trousers, navy cap
Go over your lines. Colour the trousers slate around the ball, the whistle slate, the cap navy and shoes black.

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a coach, drawn by you.
