How to Draw a Christmas Market Stall
Draw a Christmas market stall in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the counter.
Step 1: The counter
Below the middle draw a wide box with 2 plank lines across it. Add a thin flat box on top.
Tip A market stall is a little wooden hut selling hot drinks.
Step 2: Two posts
From each end of the counter top draw a thin post straight up, stopping high above it.
Step 3: The roof
On the posts draw a wide upside-down V roof, poking out past both posts. Add a thin band under it.
Step 4: Snow on the roof
From the roof's left end draw a thick bumpy snow cap over the point, down to its right end.
Step 5: A string of lights
Start on the left post. Draw a sagging string and stop on the right post. Hang 4 bulbs from it.
Step 6: A star sign
Under the roof point hang a small sign on 2 strings. Draw a star on it.
Step 7: Two steaming mugs
On the counter draw 2 mugs. From each mug's right side draw a C handle, ending lower. Add steam above.
Step 8: A jug
Between the mugs draw a jug with a spout. Add a C handle from its neck, stopping at its belly.
Step 9: The ground
Draw the ground line from the far left to the far right. Add a round snow mound at each side.
Step 10: Yellow lights, cream jug
Colour the bulbs and the star yellow and the jug cream. Leave the snow white.
Step 11: Green mugs, red roof
Colour the mugs green and the roof red.
Step 12: Wood hut
Colour the counter, posts and sign wood brown, around the star. Your Christmas market stall is done!
