How to Draw a Chibi Vampire

Draw a chibi vampire in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big round head.

Step 1: Big round head
Near the top, draw a big round head, a little wider than tall. Make it nearly half the page.
Tip A chibi head is as tall as the whole body.
Step 2: Huge eyes
Below the middle of the head, draw 2 big oval eyes. Add a ring, a black pupil and a shine.
Tip Leave a gap one eye wide between the eyes.
Step 3: Smile with fangs
Under the eyes draw a small open smile. Hang 2 tiny pointed fangs from its top line.
Tip Tiny fangs and a big smile make a friendly vampire.
Step 4: Pointed ears
On each side of the head, level with the eyes, draw a small ear with a pointed tip.
Step 5: Slick hair
Draw hair over the top of the head. Bring its edge down to a point on the forehead.
Tip Rub out the head line inside the hair.
Step 6: Tiny suit
Under the chin, draw a small body with round shoulders and a wide bottom. Add a bow tie.
Tip The body is much smaller than the head.
Step 7: Collar and cape
Draw a pointed collar up beside each cheek. Then draw the cape down each side to a wide hem.
Step 8: Short arms
From each shoulder, draw a short sleeve down and out. End it in a round hand with a thumb.
Step 9: Legs and shoes
Draw 2 short legs down from the suit and a round shoe under each. Add a ground line.
Step 10: Pale face and hands
Colour 2 pink cheeks. Colour the face around them, the ears and the hands cream. Leave the eyes white.
Step 11: Red collar and bow
Colour the collar and the bow tie red. Colour the mouth red around the white fangs.
Step 12: Purple suit
Colour the suit, the sleeves and the legs purple. Colour the eye rings purple around the pupils.
Step 13: Black hair and cape
Colour the hair, the cape and the shoes black. Your chibi vampire is done!
