How to Draw a Cheesecake
Draw a cheesecake in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: front of the slice.
Step 1: Front of the slice
In the middle of your paper draw a long low box lying down, tipped up a little at the right.
Tip This is the cut side of the slice.
Step 2: The top
From the top-left corner slant a long line up to a point behind, then back down to the top-right corner.
Tip The slice is a thin wedge, like pizza lying down.
Step 3: The back edge
Start at the back point. Draw a line straight down, then a short slant down to the front's bottom-right corner.
Step 4: The crust
Draw a line across the front near the bottom, leaning like the top, and carry it round the back edge.
Step 5: Wavy sauce edge
Start at the front's top-left corner. Draw one wavy line under the top edge and stop at the top-right corner.
Step 6: A big strawberry
On top of the slice near the back draw a big fat strawberry, point down, with a zigzag cap.
Step 7: A plate
Start on the slice's left edge. Draw a big oval plate under the slice and stop at the back edge.
Tip All 3 bottom corners of the slice sit on the plate.
Step 8: Cream cake, tan crust
Go over your lines. Colour the front and back of the slice cream above the crust line, tan below.
Step 9: Blue plate, red top
Colour the plate sky blue around the slice. Colour the top, the sauce and the strawberry red.
Step 10: Green cap
Colour the strawberry's zigzag cap green.

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a cheesecake, drawn by you.
