How to Draw a Bunny

Step 1: Soft round head

Near the top, draw a big soft head. Make it narrow on top and fat at the cheeks.

Tip The bottom is 2 round cheeks with a tiny dip between them.

Step 2: Two tall ears

On top of the head, draw 2 tall spoon ears. Add a thin oval inside each.

Tip Ears are about half as tall as the head. Stop each ear at the head line.

Step 3: Two shiny eyes

Halfway down the head, draw 2 big round eyes, one eye apart. Add black dots and white shines.

Step 4: Cheeks and nose

Under the eyes, draw a wide fat heart for the cheeks. Put a small triangle nose in the dip.

Step 5: Smile and buck teeth

From the nose, draw a little smile out each side. Hang 2 big teeth from the middle.

Step 6: Round body

Start under the left cheek. Draw a tall round cushion body down and back up to the right cheek.

Tip No neck. Keep the body a little narrower than the cheeks.

Step 7: Fists and arms

Under the chin, draw 2 fists with knuckle bumps. From the body, draw 2 curved arm lines up to each.

Tip Each arm is a stubby sausage angled in.

Step 8: The carrot

Between the fists, draw a carrot pointing down over the tummy. Add 3 fat leaves above the fists.

Step 9: Tummy and whiskers

Under the fists, draw a wide oval tummy patch. Draw 2 short whiskers out from each cheek.

Tip Whiskers are short, about as long as an eye.

Step 10: Big feet and tail

Draw a ground line under the body. Add 2 flat feet with 2 toe lines each, and a fluffy tail.

Tip Feet are wider than the fists. The tail goes on the right hip.

Step 11: White fur, cream tummy

Colour the head, ears, body, arms, feet and tail white. Colour the cheek heart and tummy patch cream.

Tip Keep the eyes and teeth white.

Step 12: Pink ears, nose, fists

Colour the inside of the ears, the nose and the 2 fists pink.

Step 13: Orange carrot, green leaves

Colour the carrot orange and its leaves green. Go over all your lines.
