How to Draw a Bubble Letter W
Draw a bubble letter W in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the big w.
Step 1: The big W
Draw a fat bubble W in the middle, going down, up, down and up, with every corner round.
Tip Bubble letters are fat and rounded like balloons.
Step 2: Two big eyes
On the middle peak draw 2 round eyes, a little apart. Add a black dot and a shine.
Step 3: A smile
Under the eyes draw a small U smile. Start under the left eye and stop under the right eye.
Step 4: Burst lines
Around the top of the W draw 5 short lines pointing out, like a burst of happiness.
Step 5: Sparkles on the left
On the left of the W draw 2 sparkle stars, one higher and one lower.
Step 6: Sparkles on the right
Draw 2 more sparkle stars on the right to match.
Step 7: The floor
Draw a straight floor line under the feet, from below the left sparkles to below the right ones.
Step 8: A shadow
Draw a flat oval shadow on the floor behind both feet. Rub out the floor line inside it.
Step 9: Yellow sparkles, grey shadow
Go over your lines. Colour the 4 sparkles yellow and the shadow grey.
Step 10: Ginger letter W
Colour the whole W ginger, leaving the eyes white. Your bubble letter W is done!
