How to Draw a Bubble Letter L
Draw a bubble letter L in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the big l.
Step 1: The big L
Draw a fat bubble L in the middle: a tall stem turning the corner into a fat foot sticking right.
Tip Bubble letters are fat and round, like balloons.
Step 2: Two big eyes
Up on the stem draw 2 round eyes, a little apart. Colour a big black dot in each.
Step 3: A smile
Under the eyes draw a small U smile, from under the left eye to under the right eye.
Step 4: Sparkles on the left
On the left of the L draw 2 sparkle stars, one higher and one lower.
Step 5: Sparkles on the right
Draw 2 more sparkle stars on the right to match.
Step 6: The floor
Draw a straight floor line under the L, from below the left sparkles to below the right ones.
Step 7: A flat shadow
Draw a flat oval shadow on the floor under the L. Rub out the floor line inside it.
Step 8: Yellow sparkles
Colour the 4 sparkle stars yellow.
Step 9: Grey shadow
Colour the shadow under the L grey.
Step 10: Pink letter L
Go over your lines. Colour the whole L pink, leaving the eyes white. Your bubble letter L is done!
