How to Draw a Brazil Flag
Draw a brazil flag in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the flag pole.
Step 1: The flag pole
On the left draw a tall thin pole from near the bottom to near the top. Add a ball.
Tip Leave lots of room on the right for the flag.
Step 2: The waving flag
Start on the pole below the ball. Wave the top edge out to the right, come down, and wave back.
Step 3: The big diamond
Inside the flag draw a big wide diamond with 4 straight sides. Its points stop just short of the edges.
Tip Put a dot near the middle of each edge first, then join the 4 dots.
Step 4: The round globe
In the middle of the diamond draw a big circle. Leave a gap between it and the diamond.
Step 5: The curved band
Start on the left of the circle. Draw 2 curved lines close together, sloping down to the right side.
Tip The band is like a thin rainbow that slopes down to the right.
Step 6: Tiny stars
Draw 4 tiny round stars in the circle: 1 above the band and 3 scattered below it.
Tip Keep each star clear of the band and the edge of the circle.
Step 7: Wind lines
Off the right edge of the flag draw 3 short wind lines.
Step 8: Ground line
Draw a long flat ground line under the pole, from the left side to the right side.
Step 9: Yellow ball, grey pole
Colour the ball on top of the pole yellow and the pole grey.
Step 10: Yellow diamond
Colour the diamond yellow, going around the circle. Leave the circle white for now.
Tip Yellow is the lightest flag colour, so it goes first.
Step 11: Green flag
Colour the rest of the flag green, all around the yellow diamond.
Step 12: Blue globe
Colour the circle blue, around the band and the stars. Leave them white. Your Brazil flag is waving!
