How to Draw a Blueberry Pie

10 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a blueberry pie in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the pie top.

Print

  1. Step 1: The pie top

Above the middle of your paper, start on the left and draw a big flat rainbow, stopping on the right.

  2. Step 2: The dish

From the left end of the rainbow draw a shallow U down and round, up to the right end.

  3. Step 3: The crimped crust

Start at the left end. Draw a smile of little round bumps and stop at the right end.

Tip Pinch, pinch, pinch all along the front.

  4. Step 4: Strips down

On top of the pie draw 2 fat strips straight down, from the back edge to the bumpy edge.

  5. Step 5: Strips across

Draw 2 thinner strips across, above and below the middle, stopping at each down strip and starting again past it.

  6. Step 6: Steam

Above the pie draw 3 wiggly steam lines going up.

    Tip Fresh from the oven.

  7. Step 7: The table

Draw a line under the dish from far left to far right, just touching its bottom.

  8. Step 8: Blueberries

On the table at the right draw 2 little round blueberries side by side and 1 on top.

  9. Step 9: Tan crust

Colour the lattice strips and the dish tan, up to the bumpy edge.

  10. Step 10: Blue filling

Colour the top of the pie blue between the strips, and the berries blue too. Your pie is done!
