How to Draw Bibimbap
Draw bibimbap in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the rim.
Step 1: The rim
A little below the middle of your paper draw a wide flat oval for the top of the bowl.
Step 2: The bowl
Start at the left end of the oval. Draw a big deep U down and stop at the right end.
Step 3: The foot
Start under the left of the bowl. Draw a short wide base down, across and back up to the bowl.
Step 4: A heap of rice
Start at the rim's left end, draw a round heap over to its right end. Rub out the rim inside.
Step 5: A fried egg
On top of the heap draw a wobbly flat blob for a fried egg, with a circle in the middle.
Tip The yolk is a little round sun in the middle.
Step 6: Carrot and spinach
Left of the egg draw 2 short fat carrot sticks. Right of the egg draw a wobbly blob of spinach.
Step 7: Sprouts and sauce
Under the egg draw 3 short curved lines for bean sprouts. Add a tiny blob of sauce above the spinach.
Step 8: Seeds and steam
Draw 3 tiny seeds on the heap, and 2 wiggly steam lines going up, one each side of the egg.
Step 9: A stripe
Start on the left of the bowl under the rim. Draw a bowed line round and stop on the right.
Step 10: The table
Draw a line under the foot from far left to far right, just touching its bottom.
Step 11: White egg, yellow yolk
Go over your lines. Leave the egg white, colour the yolk yellow and the rice cream around the toppings.
Step 12: Orange carrot, green spinach
Colour the carrot sticks orange and the spinach green.
Step 13: Red sauce, grey bowl
Colour the sauce red, then colour the bowl and its foot dark grey like stone.
