How to Draw a Berlin Wall
Draw a berlin wall in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the wall.
Step 1: The wall
Draw a long, tall box across the page for the wall.
Tip Leave a little room above the box for the round top.
Step 2: The round top
Along the top edge draw a long fat tube with round ends, a little wider than the wall.
Tip The tube sits over the top edge, like a long sausage.
Step 3: Four slabs
Draw 3 straight lines from the tube down to the bottom, to split the wall into 4 slabs.
Tip Space the lines evenly so the 4 slabs match.
Step 4: A heart
The wall is covered in paintings. On the first slab draw a big heart, high up.
Step 5: A peace sign
Next slab: draw a circle, a line from its top down to its bottom, and 2 slanting lines.
Tip The 2 slanting lines start at the middle and stop on the circle.
Step 6: A star
On the third slab draw a big star with 5 points, high up.
Step 7: A flower
On the last slab draw a thin stem up from the bottom, a leaf, 5 round petals and a middle.
Step 8: The ground
Draw a long ground line under the wall, poking out a little on each side.
Step 9: Yellow star
Colour the star and the middle of the flower yellow.
Step 10: Grey wall
Colour the wall light grey, around the paintings.
Step 11: Red and green
Colour the heart and the petals red. Colour the stem and the leaf green.
Step 12: Blue and dark grey
Colour the peace sign blue and the tube on top dark grey. Your Berlin Wall is done!
