How to Draw a Baseball Glove
Draw a baseball glove in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big mitt.
Step 1: Big mitt
In the middle of your paper draw a big fat mitt: a box with 4 round finger bumps on top.
Step 2: Two big eyes
In the middle of the mitt draw 2 big round eyes, with a black dot and white shine in each.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Start under the left eye. Draw a wide U smile and stop under the right eye. Add oval cheeks.
Step 4: Thumb
On the left, start under the first finger. Draw a fat thumb pointing up, back to the mitt's edge.
Step 5: Web
Start at the thumb tip. Draw a soft dipping web edge, stop at the first finger. Add 2 short laces.
Step 6: Pocket and wrist
Low on the mitt draw a wide U curve from edge to edge, and a straight line near the bottom.
Step 7: Baseball
In the dip between the 2 tallest bumps, draw a round ball with curved seams and tiny stitches.
Step 8: Ground and sparkles
Draw a ground line under the mitt. Add 3 sparkle stars.
Step 9: Tan strap, pink cheeks
Colour the strip under the wrist line tan and the cheeks pink.
Step 10: Yellow stars
Colour the sparkle stars yellow.
Step 11: Brown mitt
Colour the mitt, thumb and web brown, around the cheeks. Leave the eyes and ball white. Your glove is done!
