How to Draw a Bandage

10 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a bandage in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the strip.

Print

  1. Step 1: The strip

Just below the middle of your paper draw 1 long strip with rounded ends, nearly as wide as the page.

  2. Step 2: The pad

In the middle of the strip draw a smaller box for the pad. Leave a wing each side.

  3. Step 3: Two big eyes

On the pad draw 2 big round eyes a finger apart. Colour a big black dot in each.

  4. Step 4: Smile and cheeks

Start under the left eye and draw a wide U smile, stopping under the right eye. Add 2 cheeks.

  5. Step 5: Tiny holes

On each wing draw 6 tiny dots in 2 neat rows of 3, like the little holes in a plaster.

  6. Step 6: Sparkles

Draw 2 sparkle stars above the plaster, 1 on the left and 1 on the right.

  7. Step 7: The table

Draw a long table line under the strip, from one edge of your paper to the other.

  8. Step 8: White pad, pink cheeks

Colour the pad white, leaving the eyes white too, and colour the cheeks pink.

  9. Step 9: Peach strip

Go over your lines, then colour the strip peach, going around the pad.

  10. Step 10: Yellow sparkles

Colour the sparkle stars yellow. Your plaster is ready to make it all better!
