How to Draw a Banana Bunch
Draw a banana bunch in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the first banana.
Step 1: The first banana
Across the lower middle of your paper draw a banana like a fat smile, pointed at both ends.
Step 2: A second banana
Above the first draw a second banana from the same left point. Tuck it behind, ending higher on the right.
Step 3: Third and fourth
Draw 2 more bananas above, each from the same left point and tucked behind the one below.
Step 4: The stalk
Where the 4 bananas meet, draw a short stalk that gets thinner as it pokes up and left.
Step 5: Peel ridges
Inside each banana draw 1 long line along its middle, starting away from the stalk and stopping before the tip.
Step 6: Dark tips
At the right tip of each banana draw a short curve across it for a little tip cap.
Step 7: Freckles
Dot 3 tiny freckles on the bananas, at different heights, away from the lines.
Step 8: The ground
Draw 1 straight ground line under the bunch from well left to well right, just touching the lowest banana.
Step 9: Yellow bananas
Go over your lines, then colour all 4 bananas yellow, going round the tip caps and freckles.
Step 10: Green stalk, brown tips
Colour the stalk green and the tip caps brown, and your bunch of bananas is done!

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a banana bunch, drawn by you.
