How to Draw a Bag
Draw a bag in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the bag.
Step 1: The bag
In the middle of your paper draw a tall box with soft corners, a little taller than it is wide.
Step 2: Two handles
On the top edge draw a rainbow handle with 2 close lines. Draw a second one crossing behind it.
Step 3: Two big eyes
On the bag, above the middle, draw 2 big egg eyes. Colour a big black dot in each.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a wide U smile from eye to eye. Draw a small flat cheek beside each end.
Step 5: A stripe
Low on the bag draw 2 lines straight across, a finger apart. Start and stop each one on the sides.
Step 6: The folded top
Just under the top edge, draw a line straight across from side to side, for the folded top.
Step 7: The table
Start left of the bag. Draw a straight table line under it, stopping out past the right side.
Step 8: Two sparkles
Up in the air on each side of the bag, draw a little 4-point sparkle star.
Step 9: Pink cheeks, yellow sparkles
Go over your lines, then colour the cheeks pink and the 2 sparkles yellow.
Step 10: Tan bag
Colour the bag tan, around the cheeks and the stripe. Leave the eyes white.
Step 11: Red stripe, brown handles
Colour the stripe red and the 2 handles brown, and your bag is ready to carry!
