How to Draw Aquarius
Draw Aquarius in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the rim and lip.
Step 1: The rim and lip
Above the middle draw a wide flat oval tipped down left. Pinch its left end into a pouring lip.
Step 2: The jug
Start under the lip. Draw down round a fat belly and round bottom, back up to the oval's right end.
Tip The jug leans left, as if someone is tipping it.
Step 3: Two big eyes
On the belly draw 2 big egg eyes an eye apart. Colour a black dot in each, leaving a shine.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Draw a U smile from under the left eye to the right eye. Add a small cheek beside each end.
Step 5: The handle
On the right draw a fat C handle from under the rim to the jug. Add a smaller C inside.
Step 6: Band and water
Under the rim draw a smile across the jug for a band. Inside the rim draw a water curve.
Step 7: Water pouring out
Start at the lip. Draw 2 curves falling down to an oval pool near the bottom. Add a ground line.
Step 8: Wavy water sign
In the top right corner draw 2 zigzag lines one above the other, like little waves. That's the Aquarius sign.
Tip 4 points up and 4 down on each line, like tiny mountains.
Step 9: Sky blue water
Colour the water inside the rim, the stream and the pool sky blue.
Step 10: Pink cheeks, white band
Colour the cheeks pink and leave a white band under the rim.
Step 11: Blue jug
Colour the jug and handle blue around the band and cheeks. Leave the eyes white. Your jug is pouring!
