How to Draw a Winter Girl
Draw a winter girl in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Near the top of your paper draw an egg for the head, a little narrower at the chin.
Step 2: The face
Draw 2 round dot eyes with a tiny eyelash each. Add a tiny U nose, a smile and 2 eyebrows.
Step 3: Hair and pigtails
Draw hair over the head with a wavy fringe. Add a fat round pigtail hanging down on each side.
Step 4: Earmuffs
Draw a big fluffy earmuff on each side of the head. Join them with a band arching over the hair.
Step 5: Fur collar and coat
Draw a fat fur collar under the chin, then a long coat that flares out to a wide hem.
Tip The hem reaches below the middle of the page.
Step 6: Arms bent in
From each shoulder draw a sleeve down, curving in at the elbow so the 2 wrists meet at the tummy.
Step 7: Mug of cocoa
Between the wrists draw a mug with an oval rim. Add a round mitten at each wrist, holding the mug.
Step 8: Leggings
Start at the hem and draw 2 leggings down to near the bottom, narrowing a little at each ankle.
Step 9: Boots and snowy ground
Draw a chunky boot under each leg, toes out. Add a long ground line with 2 low snow mounds.
Step 10: Peach face, pink cheeks
Colour the face peach with pink cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
Step 11: Yellow hair, pink muffs
Colour the hair and pigtails yellow. Colour the earmuffs, headband, mittens and leggings pink.
Step 12: Purple coat, brown boots
Colour the coat purple and the mug and boots brown, around the mittens. Leave the collar white.
