How to Draw a Tea Party
Draw a tea party in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: teddy's head.
Step 1: Teddy's head
Draw a big round head. For each ear, start on the head, bump up and over, stop on the head.
Step 2: Two big eyes
Draw 2 big round eyes in the middle of the head. Add a black dot and white shine in each.
Step 3: Nose and smile
Draw a wide oval and black nose low down. From the nose, draw a line down to a smile.
Step 4: Round body
Start under the left cheek. Draw a big round belly down and around. Stop under the right cheek.
Step 5: Two arms
From under each cheek, draw a soft arm down to a round paw. Add 2 tiny toe lines.
Step 6: Table top
In front of the teddy, draw a wide flat oval table top. It hides the bottom of the belly.
Step 7: Tablecloth
Start at the left end of the table. Draw down, bumps along the bottom, and up to the right end.
Step 8: The teapot
On the right, draw a round teapot with a lid and knob. Add a C handle and a curved spout.
Step 9: A teacup
On the left draw a flat saucer. On it draw a cup: an oval rim, a U, a C handle.
Step 10: Legs and floor
Under the cloth, draw 2 short table legs, one each side. Draw a long straight floor line under them.
Step 11: Tan teddy
Colour the teddy tan all over. Leave the muzzle and eyes white.
Step 12: Pink cloth, blue teapot
Colour the tablecloth and table top pink, around the paws, cup and saucer. Colour the teapot blue.
Step 13: Yellow cup
Colour the cup yellow and the tea inside tan. Leave the saucer white. Your tea party is done!
