11 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a tarsier in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: round head.

Print

  1. Step 1: Round head

Near the top of your paper draw a big round head, a little wider than it is tall.

  2. Step 2: Round ears

High on each side of the head draw a big round ear, with a smaller circle inside.

  3. Step 3: Nose, smile, whiskers

Below the middle draw a small nose. From its tip go down to a smile. Add 2 whiskers each side.

  4. Step 4: Enormous eyes

Across the middle of the head draw 2 enormous round eyes, each with a huge black dot and 2 shines.

  5. Step 5: Pear body

Start under each cheek. Draw a lazy C down, stopping at the bottom middle. Add an upside-down U tummy.

  6. Step 6: Front legs and paws

On each side of the tummy draw a leg getting thinner, down to a round paw on the ground.

  7. Step 7: Back feet

From each paw draw a long rounded foot out along the ground. Stop back at the paw.

  8. Step 8: Long thin tail

Start above the right foot. Draw a thin tail along the ground, curling up to a soft tuft. Come back.

  9. Step 9: The ground

Draw one flat ground line under the paws, the feet and the tail.

  10. Step 10: Cream tummy, pink ears

Colour the tummy cream. Colour the insides of the ears and the nose pink.

  11. Step 11: Tan fur

Colour the head, ears, body, legs, feet and tail tan, around the pink and cream. Leave the eyes white.
