How to Draw Sunglasses
Draw sunglasses in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: 2 big lenses.
Step 1: 2 big lenses
A third of the way down draw a big rounded square lens. Draw a matching one a 3-finger gap away.
Tip Leave room on both sides for the arms.
Step 2: Chunky bridge
Start on the left lens's top inside corner. Draw a rainbow over the gap, stop on the right lens.
Tip Add a smaller rainbow under it so the bridge is one fat band.
Step 3: Big grin
Start a finger from one lens, draw a short line, stop a finger from the other. Add a U below.
Tip Add a little hill for the tongue and colour the rest black.
Step 4: Cool eyebrows
Above each lens draw one short curved eyebrow, floating just over the top edge.
Step 5: Thick frame
Inside each lens trace round it again, a finger in, all the way round.
Tip Keep the gap the same all round, like a picture frame.
Step 6: Arms
From each lens's top outer corner draw a short bar out, round the end and back to the lens.
Step 7: Glass shine
In the top left corner of each glass draw 2 short slanted lines side by side.
Step 8: Table
Under the glasses draw a long flat board with rounded ends, skipping the lenses.
Step 9: Sparkles
In the top left corner draw a little 4-point star. Draw another in the top right corner.
Step 10: Pink tongue, red frames
Colour the tongue pink. Colour the frame rings, the bridge and both arms red.
Step 11: Wood table, grey lenses
Colour the table wood brown. Colour the glass inside each frame dark grey, leaving the shine lines white.
