How to Draw a Fighter
Draw a fighter in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: head and ears.
Step 1: Head and ears
Near the top, draw an egg head, narrower at the chin. Add a small C ear on each side.
Tip Leave room above for the spiky hair.
Step 2: The face
Draw 2 small oval eyes with black dots, a tiny U nose, a smile and 2 eyebrows.
Step 3: Spiky hair
From the eyebrows on the left, zigzag spikes up and over to the right. Add a curve across the forehead.
Tip Rub out the top of the egg inside the hair.
Step 4: Neck and karate top
Draw 2 neck lines, a karate top with wide sleeves, and a line from the V down to the bottom.
Step 5: Arms
From each sleeve, draw 2 lines down for the arm, stopping at the wrist, narrower at the bottom.
Step 6: Mitten fists
At the bottom of each arm, draw a round mitten fist with a thumb pointing in.
Step 7: Belt and knot
Across the bottom of the top, draw a belt band. Add a round knot with 2 short tails hanging down.
Tip Rub out the lines inside the belt and the knot.
Step 8: Baggy trousers
Start at the bottom left of the top. Draw baggy trousers down, up between the legs, back to the right.
Step 9: Feet and ground
Under each leg, draw a bare foot with the toes pointing out. Add a ground line.
Step 10: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour the face, ears, neck, arms, fists and feet peach, with pink cheeks. Keep the eyes white.
Step 11: Brown hair
Colour the spiky hair brown.
Step 12: Black belt
Colour the belt, knot and tails black. Leave the karate suit white, and your fighter is done!
