How to Draw Smiley Fries
Draw smiley fries in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big plate.
Step 1: Big plate
Draw a big circle that nearly fills your page.
Tip Turn your paper as you go to keep the circle round.
Step 2: Plate rim
Draw a second circle just inside the first one for the rim of the plate.
Step 3: Three potato rounds
On the plate draw 3 big circles the same size: left, top right and bottom. Keep them apart.
Tip Leave a gap at the bottom right for the dip.
Step 4: Eye holes
In the top half of each round draw 2 small circles for eye holes.
Tip Tilt each face a little so they look tossed on the plate.
Step 5: Smile holes
Under each pair of eyes draw a banana smile: a wide U, then a flatter U joined at the tips.
Step 6: Pot of dip
In the gap at the bottom right draw a small circle for a pot.
Step 7: The dip
Draw a smaller circle inside the pot for the dip.
Step 8: Golden smiles
Go over your lines. Colour the 3 potato smiles golden yellow, around the eye and smile holes.
Step 9: Red dip
Colour the dip red and leave the rim of the pot white.
Step 10: Sky plate
Colour the plate sky blue around the smiles and the pot, and inside every hole.
Tip Your smiley potato faces are done!
