How to Draw a Scrunchie
Draw a scrunchie in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the puffy ring.
Step 1: The puffy ring
In the middle of your paper draw a big round shape with 8 soft puffy bumps all the way round.
Step 2: The hole
Just above the middle draw a small circle for the hole, with little bumps poking in all round.
Step 3: 2 big eyes
Below the hole draw 2 big round eyes. Colour a black dot in each, leaving a white shine.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a small U smile, and a small flat oval cheek beside each end.
Step 5: Fabric creases
From each of the 6 dips on the top and sides, draw a short curved line halfway to the hole.
Step 6: A flat shadow
Start low on the ring's left. Draw a flat oval out, round under the ring and back to its right.
Step 7: The table
Start at each end of the shadow and draw a straight table line out to the side.
Step 8: Sparkles
Draw 4 little sparkles in the air around the scrunchie.
Step 9: Pink cheeks, grey shadow
Colour the cheeks pink and the shadow grey.
Step 10: Purple scrunchie
Colour the scrunchie purple around the face. Leave the hole and the eyes white. Your scrunchie is done!
