How to Draw a Bathroom Sign
Draw a bathroom sign in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the big sign.
Step 1: The big sign
Draw a big wide box with soft round corners, filling most of your paper.
Tip Make it a little wider than tall.
Step 2: The frame
Just inside, draw the same shape again, close to the edge all the way round.
Tip Keep the gap between the 2 lines the same on every side.
Step 3: Two heads
Near the top draw 2 round heads the same size, one in the middle of each half.
Step 4: Shoulders and arms
Under the left head draw flat shoulders with a fat arm hanging straight down each side.
Tip Fat shapes are drawn as outlines, so you can leave them white.
Step 5: Body and legs
Start inside one arm. Draw the body straight down into 2 long legs, up to the other arm.
Tip Leave a thin gap between the legs.
Step 6: Her sloping arms
Under the right head draw small shoulders with a fat arm sloping out and down each side.
Step 7: Dress and legs
Start inside one arm. Draw a dress widening to a flat hem, then 2 legs, up to the other arm.
Step 8: Middle bar
Between the 2 people draw a long thin bar, from head height down to foot height.
Step 9: Grey frame
Colour the thin frame round the edge light grey.
Step 10: Blue sign
Go over your lines. Colour the sign blue around the 2 people and the bar. Leave them white.
Tip Colour slowly next to the white shapes so the blue stays outside them.

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a bathroom sign, drawn by you.
