How to Draw a Quiche
Draw a quiche in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: quiche top.
Step 1: Quiche top
A little above the middle draw a big flat oval, as wide as your hand.
Step 2: The dish
From the oval's left end draw a shallow U under the quiche, up to the right end.
Step 3: Crust edge
A finger inside the oval, draw little soft bumps along the front, from the left side to the right.
Step 4: Back of the crust
Carry the bumps on round the back of the oval, joining up where you started, for the crinkly crust.
Tip A quiche has a crinkly pastry edge all the way round.
Step 5: Tomato slices
Inside the crust draw 3 round tomato slices in a row, each with a smaller round inside.
Step 6: Spinach
Draw 4 small spinach leaves, one at each end and 2 between the tomatoes, like soft ovals with pointy tips.
Step 7: Steam
Above the quiche draw 2 wiggly steam lines going up.
Step 8: The table
Draw a long table line under the dish, just touching its bottom.
Step 9: Yellow filling
Go over your lines, then colour the filling yellow, around the tomatoes and spinach.
Step 10: Tan crust
Colour the crinkly crust and the dish tan.
Step 11: Red tomatoes, green spinach
Colour the tomato slices red and the spinach green, and your quiche is done!
