How to Draw a Princess Crown

11 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a princess crown in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the band.

Print

  1. Step 1: The band

Below the middle, draw a wide band like a fat belt, bowing down a little along the bottom.

  2. Step 2: The points

Start at the band's top-left corner. Draw 4 zigzag points, stopping at the top-right corner.

Tip The 2 middle points are the tallest; the outside ones lean out.

  3. Step 3: Pearls on the points

On the tip of each point, draw a little round pearl.

  4. Step 4: Heart and jewels

On the band, draw a big heart in the middle. Draw a tall oval jewel on each side of it.

  5. Step 5: Little hearts

On each of the 2 tallest points, draw a small heart, like the big one but tiny.

  6. Step 6: Band lines

Draw 2 lines across the band from side to side, one near the top and one near the bottom.

  7. Step 7: A cushion

Under the crown, draw a puffy cushion, every side bulging out. Add a round tassel at each corner.

  8. Step 8: Sparkles

Draw 3 sparkle stars above the crown.

  9. Step 9: Golden crown

Colour the band, the points, the pearls and the sparkles yellow.

  10. Step 10: Pink hearts, purple jewels

Colour the big heart and the 2 little hearts pink, and the oval jewels purple.

  11. Step 11: Sky cushion

Colour the cushion and its 4 tassels sky blue. Your princess crown is done!
