How to Draw a Pork Chop

10 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a pork chop in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the chop.

Print

  1. Step 1: The chop

In the middle draw a big rounded chop, fat at the bottom left and narrower at the top right.

Tip Like a fat teardrop lying on a slope, smooth all the way round.

  2. Step 2: The bone

Just inside the straight top edge draw a long bone. It sticks out past the narrow end, with a knob.

Tip The top of the bone is the edge of the chop.

  3. Step 3: The fat rim

Start under the bone at the left. Draw a line just inside the round edge, round to the bone again.

  4. Step 4: A plate

Draw a big circle around the whole chop for a plate.

Tip Turn your paper as you go to keep the circle round.

  5. Step 5: The plate rim

Draw a second circle a little way inside the first one, behind the chop.

  6. Step 6: Herb leaves

On the plate below the narrow end, draw 2 little pointed leaves, one above the other.

  7. Step 7: Cream bone and fat

Go over your lines. Colour the bone and the fat rim cream.

  8. Step 8: Sky blue plate

Colour the plate sky blue, going around the chop and the leaves.

  9. Step 9: Green herbs

Colour the 2 little leaves green.

  10. Step 10: Pink meat

Colour the meat inside the fat rim pink. Your pork chop is done!
