How to Draw a Plush Monster with Teeth
Draw a plush monster with teeth in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big head.
Step 1: Big head
Near the top of your paper, draw a big head, wider than tall, with fat round cheeks.
Tip The head is almost half of the whole monster.
Step 2: Curved horns
On top of the head, draw 2 short horns curving out to points. Start and stop on the head.
Step 3: Two big eyes
In the middle of the head, draw 2 big round eyes close together. Colour black dots with white shines.
Step 4: Big open mouth
Under the eyes, draw a big open smile, a gentle curve on top and a deep round U below.
Step 5: Four pointy teeth
Hang 4 big pointy teeth from the top of the mouth. Start and stop on the top line.
Step 6: Belly and tummy patch
Start under the left cheek. Draw a flat-bottomed pear body up to the right cheek. Add a tummy patch.
Tip The body is narrower than the head.
Step 7: Arms and mittens
Start under each cheek. Draw a fat sausage arm down to a mitten on the tummy, then back up.
Step 8: Legs, feet and ground
Start halfway down each side. Draw a round C leg out with a flat foot under it. Add the ground.
Step 9: Cream horns, pink tummy
Colour the horns cream and the tummy patch pink.
Step 10: Red mouth
Colour inside the mouth red, around the teeth. Leave the teeth white.
Step 11: Purple fur
Go over your lines. Colour the monster purple, around the horns, mouth and tummy. Leave the eyes white.
