How to Draw a B for Bee
Draw a B for bee in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the big b.
Step 1: The big B
In the middle draw a fat bubble B: a straight stem with 2 round bumps, the bottom one bigger.
Tip Bubble letters are fat and rounded, like balloons, with no sharp corners.
Step 2: The 2 holes
In each bump draw a hole, flat on the left and round on the right. The bottom hole is bigger.
Step 3: 2 big eyes
On the stem beside the bottom hole draw 2 big eyes. Add a black dot and a shine in each.
Step 4: A smile
Under the eyes draw a small U smile. Start under the left eye and stop under the right eye.
Step 5: Bee stripes
Draw 3 stripes across the B, 2 lines each: top, middle and bottom. Start and stop on the outline.
Tip B is for bee!
Step 6: Wings
Near the top of the stem draw 2 soft oval wings sweeping up left. Start and stop on the stem.
Step 7: Antennae
On top of the B draw 2 curved antennae with a ball on each tip.
Step 8: A stinger
At the bottom right of the B draw a small pointed stinger. Start and stop on the outline.
Step 9: Sparkles
Draw 4 sparkle stars around the B, 2 on the left and 2 on the right.
Step 10: Floor and shadow
Draw a flat oval shadow round the bottom of the B, and a floor line out from each side.
Step 11: Yellow B and sparkles
Go over your lines. Colour the B and the 4 sparkles yellow, but not the stripes. Leave the eyes white.
Step 12: Sky wings, grey shadow
Colour the 2 wings sky blue and the shadow grey.
Step 13: Black stripes, stinger
Colour the 3 stripes and the stinger black. Your letter B bee is done!
