How to Draw a Ping-Pong Paddle

10 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a ping-pong paddle in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the paddle face.

Print

  1. Step 1: The paddle face

Up in the top half of your paper draw one big round circle for the face of the paddle.

  2. Step 2: Happy face

In the middle draw 2 big round eyes a finger apart. Add a U smile under them and 2 cheeks.

  3. Step 3: The rubber edge

Inside the big circle draw a second circle a finger in, all the way round.

  4. Step 4: The handle

Start on the circle's bottom right. Draw a handle slanting down, round the end and stop back on the circle.

  5. Step 5: Handle line

Draw one short line across the handle near the top, from one edge to the other.

  6. Step 6: The ball

Down on the right draw a small round ball.

  7. Step 7: Sparkles

Draw 2 sparkle stars, one up right and one down left: 4 points joined with curves that dip in.

  8. Step 8: Yellow stars, pink cheeks

Go over your lines. Colour the stars yellow and the cheeks pink.

  9. Step 9: Orange ball, red rubber

Colour the ball orange. Colour the paddle face red, around the eyes and cheeks. Leave the eyes white.

  10. Step 10: Wood handle

Colour the handle wood brown. Your paddle is done!
