How to Draw a Pina Colada
Draw a pina colada in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the glass.
Step 1: The glass
Start left, above the middle. Draw a tall glass down, across and back up, stopping level with the start.
Step 2: The rim
Start at one top end and draw a flat oval across to the other end and back, for the rim.
Step 3: Drink and shine
Below the rim draw a wavy drink line across the glass. Add a long shine low on the left.
Step 4: A pineapple wedge
From the rim's right draw a triangle up to a point and down. Add bumpy skin from corner to corner.
Step 5: A straw
Start in the drink. Draw a straw of 2 close lines up past the rim, leaning left, with 3 stripes.
Step 6: An umbrella
From the drink draw a stick up past the rim, stopping high. Add a little umbrella on top with ribs.
Step 7: A cherry
On the rim, between the straw and the umbrella, draw a round cherry with a short curved stem.
Step 8: Foot and ground
Under the glass draw a thin oval foot. Draw a ground line under it, a little past each side.
Step 9: Cream drink
Go over your lines, then colour the drink cream below the wavy line, leaving the shine white.
Step 10: Yellow pineapple
Colour the pineapple wedge yellow and its bumpy skin tan.
Step 11: Pink umbrella, red cherry
Colour the umbrella pink, the cherry red, and the straw pink between its stripes.
Step 12: Grey foot
Colour the foot grey, and your pina colada is ready for the beach!
