How to Draw a Granola Bar

11 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a granola bar in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the bar.

Print

  1. Step 1: The bar

Draw a long bar, wider than your hand, with a wavy top and a bite out of the right corner.

Tip The top is bumpy because a granola bar is full of oats.

  2. Step 2: A broken piece

To the right of the bite draw a small chunk with soft corners, as big as a thumb.

  3. Step 3: Chocolate chips

Draw 4 small lumpy chunks for chocolate chips, spread out on the bar.

  4. Step 4: More chips

Add one small chunk low on the left of the bar and one on the broken piece.

  5. Step 5: Oats

Draw 3 little oval flakes for oats on the left half of the bar, between the chips.

  6. Step 6: More oats

Draw 3 more oat flakes on the right half of the bar, not touching the chips.

  7. Step 7: The ground

Draw a ground line under the bar and the piece, from well left to well right.

  8. Step 8: A crumb

Draw a tiny lumpy crumb on the ground, a little to the left of the bar.

  9. Step 9: Cream oats

Go over your lines, then colour the oat flakes cream.

  10. Step 10: Tan bar

Colour the bar, the broken piece and the crumb tan, around the oats and the chips.

  11. Step 11: Brown chips

Colour all the chocolate chips brown, and your granola bar is ready to munch!
