How to Draw a Passport

11 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a passport in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the cover.

Print

  1. Step 1: The cover

In the middle of your paper draw a tall rounded rectangle, a little taller than your hand.

  2. Step 2: The spine

Start on the top edge, a finger in from the left. Draw a straight line down to the bottom edge.

  3. Step 3: Badge and eyes

In the middle draw a big circle with a second circle inside. Add 2 big egg eyes with dots.

  4. Step 4: Smile and cheeks

Under the eyes draw a U smile from eye to eye. Add a small oval cheek beside each end.

  5. Step 5: Title bars

Above the badge draw 2 fat bars with round ends, a long one and a shorter one under it.

  6. Step 6: Bottom bars

Below the badge draw 2 more bars the same way, a medium one and a short one.

  7. Step 7: 2 leaves

Round the bottom of the badge, draw a curved leaf up each side with a line down its middle.

  8. Step 8: The table

From the left of your paper, draw a table line along the passport's bottom edge to the right.

  9. Step 9: 3 sparkles

Draw 3 small sparkles with 4 points in the air around the passport, clear of its edges.

  10. Step 10: Yellow gold, pink cheeks

Colour the ring, bars and leaves yellow gold, the cheeks pink. Leave the badge middle and eyes white.

  11. Step 11: Navy cover

Colour the cover navy around the badge, the bars and the leaves. Your passport is ready to travel!
