How to Draw a Pandacorn

Step 1: Big wide head

In the middle of your paper, draw a big egg on its side, wider than tall.

Tip Leave room above for the horn and below for the body.

Step 2: Ears and horn

On each side of the head draw a big round ear. On top, draw a tall pointed horn.

Tip Panda ears sit out on the sides, so the horn has the top to itself.

Step 3: Eye patches and eyes

Below the middle, draw 2 big egg patches slanting down and out. Draw a round eye in each.

Tip Put a black dot in each eye and leave a tiny white shine.

Step 4: Nose and smile

Between the patches, draw a small black triangle nose. From its point, draw a short line down into a smile.

Step 5: Horn stripes and hair

Draw 2 slanted stripes on the horn. Start right of the horn, sweep wavy hair left, stop at the ear.

Tip The hair has 2 soft points, like a fringe brushed to one side.

Step 6: Round body

Start on the left cheek. Draw a big C side down, stopping a hand above the bottom. Do both.

Tip Pandas are roly-poly, so the sides bow out wider than the head.

Step 7: Legs and feet

Start where each side stopped. Draw a fat leg down into a big round foot, back across the tummy.

Tip Join the feet with a tummy line and add the ground.

Step 8: Arms and paws

Draw 2 round paws on the tummy. Start under each cheek and draw a rainbow arm down to the paw.

Tip Finish each arm with a curve from under the paw back out to the side.

Step 9: Toe pads

On each foot, draw a big oval pad low down and 3 little round toes above it in a rainbow.

Step 10: Swishy tail

Start on the right side above the leg. Draw a fat tail to a point, then back to the leg.

Tip The tail is fat in the middle and pointed at the tip.

Step 11: Yellow horn, pink hair

Colour the horn yellow. Colour the hair and the toe pads pink.

Step 12: Purple tail

Colour the swishy tail purple.

Step 13: Black fur

Colour the ears, eye patches, arms, paws and legs black, around the pads. Leave the eyes, face and tummy white.
