How to Draw a Number 0
Draw a number 0 in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the big oval.
Step 1: The big oval
In the middle draw a big fat oval ring, like a doughnut standing up.
Tip Bubble numbers are fat and rounded, like balloons.
Step 2: The hole
Inside it draw a smaller oval for the hole, keeping a fat even band all the way round.
Step 3: 2 big eyes
On the fat top of the ring draw 2 big round eyes, not touching, with a black dot in each.
Step 4: A smile
Under the eyes draw a small U smile, from under the left eye to under the right eye.
Step 5: Sparkles on the left
On the left of the 0 draw 2 sparkle stars, one higher and one lower.
Step 6: Sparkles on the right
Draw 2 more sparkle stars on the right to match.
Step 7: A shadow
Across the bottom of the 0 draw a thin flat oval for its shadow.
Step 8: The floor
From each side of the shadow, draw a straight floor line out, stopping a thumb from the edge.
Step 9: Yellow sparkles, grey shadow
Go over your lines, then colour the 4 sparkles yellow and the shadow grey.
Step 10: Navy number 0
Colour the whole 0 navy, leaving the hole and the eyes white. Your bubble number 0 is done!
