How to Draw Measuring Spoons
Draw measuring spoons in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the biggest spoon.
Step 1: The biggest spoon
Right of the middle draw a big oval bowl, with a long thin handle stretching out to the left.
Step 2: The ring
At the end of the handle draw a round ring, with a smaller circle inside.
Step 3: Two big eyes
In the biggest bowl draw 2 big egg eyes. Colour a black dot in each, with a shine.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a small U smile from eye to eye, and a tiny flat cheek beside each eye.
Step 5: The second spoon
From the ring draw a smaller spoon slanting up to the right: a thin handle and an oval bowl.
Step 6: The third spoon
From the ring draw a smaller spoon, steeper than the last, with a thin handle and a smaller bowl.
Step 7: The tiny spoon
Draw the smallest spoon pointing straight up from the ring: a short handle and a small bowl.
Tip Leave a little gap between the handles where they meet the ring.
Step 8: Bowl hollows
Inside each of the 3 smaller bowls draw a smaller oval for the hollow.
Step 9: Sparkles
Draw 3 little 4-point sparkles around the spoons to make them shine.
Step 10: Pink and yellow
Colour the cheeks pink and the sparkles yellow.
Step 11: Grey spoons
Go over your lines, then colour the spoons and the ring grey around the cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
