How to Draw a Leprechaun Face
Draw a leprechaun face in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
In the upper middle, draw a big egg for the head, a little narrower at the chin. Make it big.
Tip Leave room above for the hat and below for the beard.
Step 2: Big eyes
In the middle of the head, draw 2 big oval eyes a gap apart, with a black dot and shine.
Step 3: Round nose and smile
Between the eyes, draw a small round nose. Under it, draw a wide smile from eye to eye.
Step 4: Wide hat brim
Above the eyes, draw a long fat brim across the head, poking out past it on both sides.
Tip The brim is wider than the head, like a plate.
Step 5: Tall top hat
From the brim, draw a tall hat: straight up, across the flat top, and down to the brim.
Step 6: Band and buckle
Near the bottom of the hat, draw a band across it. In the middle, draw a small square buckle.
Step 7: Big orange beard
From the left cheek, draw a big U beard under the chin to the right cheek, closing under the smile.
Step 8: Shoulders and coat
From each side of the beard, draw a shoulder sloping out and down. Join them with a flat bottom line.
Step 9: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour the face peach with a pink circle on each cheek. Leave the eyes white.
Step 10: Orange beard, gold buckle
Colour the big beard orange and the buckle yellow.
Step 11: Green hat and coat
Colour the hat, brim and coat green, and the band leaf green around the buckle. Your leprechaun is done!
