How to Draw Glasses
Draw glasses in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: two big lenses.
Step 1: Two big lenses
Draw a big rounded square for the left lens. Leave a 3-finger gap and draw a matching right lens.
Tip Each lens is a touch taller than wide. Leave room for the arms.
Step 2: Chunky bridge
Across the middle of the gap, draw a thick bar from one lens to the other, bowing up a little.
Step 3: Big eyes
In the middle of each lens, draw a big tall oval eye. Colour it black, leaving a round shine.
Step 4: Small smile
Start on the bridge, a finger from one lens. Draw a small U smile, stopping a finger from the other.
Step 5: Thick frame
Trace round inside each lens again, a finger in, until you meet your start, like a picture frame.
Step 6: Arms
From each lens's top outer corner, draw a thin arm out and back, bending down at the end.
Step 7: Glass shine
In the top left of each glass, draw 2 short slanted lines side by side, the second one shorter.
Step 8: Table
From the left side, draw a line along the lens bottoms, skipping the lenses. Stop at the right side.
Step 9: Sparkles
In the top left corner, draw a little 4-point star: 2 thin diamonds crossed. Draw another top right.
Step 10: Pink cheeks, sky glass
Colour 2 pink cheeks by the eyes. Colour the glass sky blue, around the eyes, shines and cheeks.
Step 11: Red frames, wood table
Colour the thick frame rings, the bridge and both arms red. Colour the table wood brown.
