How to Draw a Friendship Bracelet
Draw a friendship bracelet in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: band.
Step 1: Band
Above the middle draw a wide flat oval, a hand and a half across. Draw a smaller oval inside it.
Step 2: Knot
On the bottom of the band, in the middle, draw a small round knot where the ends are tied.
Step 3: Tassels
From the bottom of the knot draw 3 thread ends hanging down: one left, one straight, one right.
Step 4: V stripes on top
Across the top of the band, draw 5 thick V stripes from edge to edge, evenly spaced, pointing right.
Tip The woven V stripes are what make it a friendship bracelet.
Step 5: Stripes down the left
Draw 2 more V stripes down the left side, pointing up round the ring towards the top ones.
Step 6: Stripes down the right
Draw 2 more V stripes down the right side, pointing down towards the knot. Leave the bottom bare.
Step 7: Sparkles
Draw 4 sparkle stars around the bracelet.
Step 8: Yellow sparkles
Go over your lines, then colour the 4 sparkles yellow.
Step 9: Pink band
Colour the band and the knot pink, going around the V stripes.
Step 10: Purple stripes
Colour every V stripe purple. Your friendship bracelet is done!
