How to Draw a Flower Wreath

10 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a flower wreath in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: outside ring.

Print

  1. Step 1: Outside ring

In the middle, draw a big circle nearly as wide as the page.

  2. Step 2: Inside ring

Inside it, draw a smaller circle, so the 2 make a fat ring like a doughnut.

Tip The ring is the hoop the leaves and flowers are tied on.

  3. Step 3: Leaves on top

Round the top half of the ring, draw little pointed leaves in pairs, one leaning out and one leaning in.

  4. Step 4: Leaves underneath

Do the same round the bottom half, leaving the very bottom bare for the bow.

  5. Step 5: Two flowers

At the top right and top left of the ring, draw a flower: 5 round petals round a little circle.

  6. Step 6: Two more flowers

Draw the same flower at the bottom right and bottom left of the ring.

  7. Step 7: The bow

At the bottom, draw a bow over the leaves: a box knot, a loop each side and 2 tails.

Tip Rub out the lines inside the loops.

  8. Step 8: Pink flowers

Colour all 4 flowers pink with yellow middles.

  9. Step 9: Green leaves

    Colour every leaf green.

  10. Step 10: Brown hoop, red bow

Colour the ring brown, around the leaves and flowers. Colour the bow red. Go over your lines!
