How to Draw a Flat-Screen TV
Draw a flat-screen TV in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the flat screen.
Step 1: The flat screen
In the middle of your paper draw a big wide rectangle with round corners, almost as wide as the page.
Tip Make it nearly twice as wide as it is tall.
Step 2: The screen inside
Inside, draw a second rectangle just in from each edge, leaving a thin frame, a bit wider at the bottom.
Step 3: Two big egg eyes
On the screen draw 2 big egg eyes, taller than wide, 1 eye apart. Colour a black dot in each.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw 1 big round U smile from eye to eye, and a small flat cheek beside each.
Step 5: Screen shine
In the top-left corner of the screen draw 2 short slanted lines side by side, like little rain streaks.
Step 6: The feet
A little in from each end, under the TV, draw a short slanted foot leaning out, flat on the bottom.
Step 7: Standby light
On the bottom of the frame, near the right corner, draw a tiny circle for the standby light.
Step 8: Ground line
Draw a ground line from well left to well right, running along the bottom of both feet.
Step 9: Sky screen, pink cheeks
Colour the cheeks pink, then the screen sky blue around the face. Leave the eyes white.
Step 10: Grey feet and frame
Colour the feet grey and the frame dark grey, around the little light.
Step 11: Red light
Colour the standby light red. Go over your lines, and your TV is ready for movie night!

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a flat-screen TV, drawn by you.
