How to Draw Eggs Benedict
Draw eggs Benedict in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: a plate.
Step 1: A plate
Below the middle draw a long flat oval plate, most of the page wide, with a second oval inside.
Step 2: The muffin
A little left of the plate's middle draw a big flat oval for the top of a muffin half.
Tip Eggs Benedict stacks ham and an egg on a muffin, covered in yellow sauce.
Step 3: The muffin's side
Draw the muffin's thick side: start at the left end, curve under like a smile, stop at the right end.
Step 4: Ham
On the muffin draw a floppy slice of ham a little wider than it, with a soft wavy top edge.
Step 5: A poached egg
On the ham draw a soft rounded egg like a squashed oval, a little narrower than the ham.
Step 6: Yellow sauce
Over the top of the egg draw a cap of sauce, its wavy bottom edge sagging into 4 round drips.
Step 7: Chives
With a green crayon draw 3 short thin chive slivers on the sauce, spread apart.
Step 8: A tomato
On the right of the plate draw a round tomato, with a little green star of leaves on top.
Step 9: The table
Draw a line under the plate from left to right, just touching its bottom.
Step 10: Yellow sauce, white egg
Go over your lines. Colour the sauce yellow around the chives, and leave the egg white.
Step 11: Pink ham, blue plate
Colour the ham pink, and the plate sky blue around the muffin and the tomato.
Step 12: Tan top, red tomato
Colour the muffin top tan, and the tomato red around its leaves.
Step 13: Brown muffin side
Colour the muffin's thick side brown.
