How to Draw Earth
Draw Earth in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the planet.
Step 1: The planet
In the middle of your paper draw a big round planet that fills most of the page.
Step 2: Two big eyes
Just below the middle of the planet draw 2 big eggy eyes. Colour a black dot in each.
Step 3: A big smile
Under the eyes draw a wide U smile from one eye to the other, with the ends turning up.
Step 4: A continent
Start on the left edge of the planet. Draw a big wobbly land shape, stopping on the edge lower down.
Step 5: Another continent
Start on the top right edge. Draw a wobbly land shape dipping down, stopping back on the right edge.
Step 6: Little islands
Draw 2 wobbly island blobs, a bigger one low on the right and a little one low on the left.
Step 7: Stars
Around the planet draw 4 small 5-point stars, one near each corner.
Step 8: Rosy cheeks
Under each eye, beside the ends of the smile, colour a small pink oval for a rosy cheek.
Step 9: Yellow stars
Go over your lines. Colour the 4 stars yellow.
Step 10: Blue sea, green land
Colour the sea blue, going around the eyes and cheeks. Colour the land green, and leave the eyes white.
