How to Draw a Duffel Bag
Draw a duffel bag in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the bag.
Step 1: The bag
Below the middle draw a long fat pill lying on its side, like a sausage with a flat top.
Tip A duffel bag is a soft tube with the zip on top.
Step 2: Two big eyes
In the middle of the bag draw 2 round eyes a gap apart, each with a black dot and shine.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a wide smile, and a small oval cheek out to each side.
Step 4: Round ends
Near each end draw one tall curved line from the top edge down to the bottom edge, bowing outwards.
Step 5: Two handles
On the top edge draw 2 thick upside-down U handles, with a gap between them.
Step 6: Zip and tag
Along the top draw a zip line from end panel to end panel, with a little tag near the right.
Step 7: Patch and star
On the left end panel draw a small tall name patch. On the right draw a little star.
Step 8: Floor and sparkles
Draw a long floor line across under the bag, and a 4-point sparkle above each end.
Step 9: Yellow and pink
Go over your lines, then colour the tag and the 2 sparkles yellow, and the cheeks pink.
Step 10: Blue bag
Colour the middle of the bag blue, around the tag and the cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
Step 11: Navy ends and handles
Colour the end panels and handles navy. Leave the patch and star white, and your bag is done!
